Few Steps for Easy Use of Glucometer

1. Wash your hands with soap and dry them thoroughly.
2. Massage your hand from the wrist up to the fingertip to encourage blood flow.
3. Insert the test strip into the glucometer machine.
4. Use the lancing device/needle to prick your fingertip to obtain a blood sample and place the drop of blood obtained on the strip already connected in step 3.
