These pots are made from aluminum, coated with durable non-stick, and come accompanied by a toughened glass lid.   Only use plastic, wooden, silicon, or nylon utensils on the non-stick surface to avoid scratching. For long-lasting use wash with sponge scourers once the pan has completely cooled down.
