Customers within Nairobi, CBD can get their packages as fast as 30 minutes for kes 299!

We deliver within 2 hours in Nairobi, Kiambu, Nakuru & Machakos counties for kes 299!

Delivery to all other counties in Kenya takes 3 to 24 hours for kes 299!

Delivery to East African countries takes 3 to 48 hours for kes 5,999.

All exports from Kenya to any country in the world take between 1 day to 7 days working days for kes 5,999. We’ll inform you of the cheapest and fastest courier costs.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the buyer’s responsibility. Please note, most shipping companies include customs charges in the shipping costs, so you are 99% not likely to pay customs, duties, and taxes. The Kes 5,999 will be enough.

Extra Shipping Cost
Please be noted, that in unforeseen circumstances, after you place the order, our service staff may contact you directly and ask you to pay the extra shipping costs on top of the amount you have already paid for large or heavier products.

Can I view/see the products before I pay

Just like Jumia, Copia or Kilimall, we source items from manufacturers and distributors on your behalf and make them available at the shop when you order and pay for them.

If you’d like to view an item at our shop, you will have to pay for the item and get a receipt, we’ll source it from the manufacturer and make it available for you to view and collect at our shop after approximately 30 – 45 minutes.

Note: Suppliers/manufacturers always insist on getting paid upfront, that’s why we ask you to also pay upfront.

Then we give the product to you. That way there’s trust between us.

I will pay on delivery

We would really love to do Cash on Delivery, unfortunately, as we speak, we have over 157 uncollected packages since clients decided to switch off their phones when the rider was at the door.

Kindly come and collect at the shop.

Alternatively, you can pay now and we send the fastest rider to deliver without any issues.

Can I pay while at your shop?

Yes.

You can come to our shop, pay for the item and get a receipt. You’ll then receive your product.

If we don’t have the product in-house, immediately after you pay for the item, we’ll source it from the manufacturer and make it available for you to view and collect at our shop after approximately 30 – 45 minutes.
