The honey uncapping tray is used for the decapping process and holds the frame in place while using a decapping fork, or decapping knife. Honeycombs are then uncapped and dripping wax residue & honey falls into the bottom perforated steel container. From the uncapping tray, the honeycombs will be ready for the centrifuge honey extractor
