- DESCRIPTION: Talstar has a high social acceptability-not irritating to eyes and skin and does not stain surfaces. It has been widely used is used in any long-lasting treated nets. It is highly recommended to use indoor residue spray in houses and public premises.
- COMPOSITION: Bifenthrin 10%w/w
- MODE OF ACTION: A fourth-generation pyrethroid that affects the nervous system of the target pest.
- PEST RANGE: Mosquitoes, Cockroaches, fleas, bedbugs, ants, lice, house flies.
- TARGET VECTOR: Indoor resting adult mosquito.
- RATE OF USE: Dissolve the 62.5gm sachet in 10lts of water and spray at 40mls/m2.
- EFFECT ON BEES: Bifenthrin is toxic to bees, avoid any direct spray on bees’ colonies.
