Description

ATOM 2.5EC is a broad-spectrum insecticide on a wide range of pests including diamond-back moth, leaf miners, caterpillars, thrips, aphids, beetles, bollworms, stainers, antestia bug, whiteflies, fruit fly, maize stalk borer, armyworms, locusts, etc. It can be used on a wide variety of crops including cereals, citrus, vegetables, flowers, cotton, grapes, maize, Soya beans, etc.

General Description

ATOM 2.5EC is a broad-spectrum insecticide on a wide range of pests including diamond-back moth, leaf miners, caterpillars, thrips, aphids, beetles, bollworms, stainers, antestia bug, whiteflies, fruit fly, maize stalk borer, armyworms, locusts, etc. It can be used on a wide variety of crops including cereals, citrus, vegetables, flowers, cotton, grapes, maize, Soya beans, etc. 

 

 

Mode of Action

ATOM 2.5 EC is a very potent insecticide with contact and stomach action. It is fast-acting and works by preventing the sodium channels from functioning so that no transmission of nerve impulses can take place.

Phytotoxicity  

Non-phytotoxic to most crops when ambient temperatures are below 25oC. Always try for varietal tolerance before large-scale application on ornamentals. 

 

 

Environment

Avoid spraying when bees are actively foraging.  Do not contaminate water sources or ponds.
