INSTRUCTIONS:
Pour the liquid in with a beak bottle into the hole of the wristband.
If the bottle cannot be plugged in, just poke the liquid hole with a needle and enlarge the hole.
(Because it is made of silica gel, appropriately increasing the size of the hole will not cause leakage)
